Mark LeBlanc runs a speaking business in Minneapolis. Mark has been on his own for over forty years. He had a job once for about six months and was inspired by the two words, “You’re fired!” At that moment, he made a vow to do whatever it would take to make it on his own. He will tell you it hasn’t always been easy and that it has been well worth the ride.
He runs a speaking business, conducting presentations on how to create extreme focus and put more money in your pocket as a business owner. He has clocked over 20,000 business coaching hours, guiding people on how to start or grow their businesses. In fact, his first book, Growing Your Business, surprisingly turned out to be an underground bestseller. His book, Never Be the Same, was inspired by his first, five-hundred-mile trek across Northern Spain.
Mark’s signature work is the Achievers Circle, a weekend business retreat. It is considered the ultimate experience of getting your financial house in order, building a messaging platform, identifying your unique mix of marketing strategies, and setting up a personal system for renewal and accountability. He has conducted over 175 weekend retreats, in person and occasionally virtual.
He is a CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) and was inducted into the Minnesota Speakers Hall of Fame in 2006. In July 2023, Mark was inducted into the National Speakers Hall of Fame and is a CPAE (Council of Peers Award of Excellence). In August 2025, Mark was named a Legend of the Speaking Profession.
